In 1982, Susie graduated from high school in Spokane, Washington. Shortly after graduation, Susie married her now husband and started their family! In 1987, her family migrated to Tacoma, Washington for her husband’s new job. In 1999, Susie began working for a private liberal arts college, and spent almost two decades working in higher education as a financial aid counselor. Towards the end of her tenure, she was looking to make a career change. She knew someone that worked for Byers & Anderson (now B&A Litigation Services) and was told of a job opening for the company in the transcript services department. Susie was intrigued by the opportunity and applied. She interviewed and was hired the same day! She officially started with our company in April of 2016.
Susie has spent the last 6 years in her position! Today, she is the main person that ensures that transcripts are delivered to our clients on time. She also works closely with the Court of Appeals and the Bureau of Industrial Insurance Appeals to electronically file transcripts on behalf of our clients. Susie does an excellent job of making sure our clients are happy and have everything they need. She loves interacting with our many clients and enjoys the work she does.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and family. Especially her three granddaughters! She enjoys reading, sewing, baking, and riding bike trails around the south Sound. She also enjoys taking road trips to new locations with her husband.
Susie is looking forward to celebrating her 39th wedding anniversary with her husband in December. They will be traveling to Las Vegas for the occasion and to see their family!
