Meet our Scheduling Assistant, MaryAnn Paholio!

When MaryAnn was young, she always had a passion for helping others. In 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in psychology and social services, at Central Washington University. After graduating, she knew that she wanted to continue her education and work on getting her Master’s in social work. She is currently remotely attending Portland State University in their social work program. MaryAnn’s education and internship journey has taught her versatile skills such as open-communication, empathy, and teamwork. She is currently a clinical intern working with vulnerable adults while also working at B&A!

MaryAnn has always had an interest in the legal industry and was looking for remote work while she worked on her MSW degree. MaryAnn applied to B&A in December of 2021, and was hired on as a part-time scheduling assistant. Though it took a while to understand the legal industry, MaryAnn soon fell in love with it. She really enjoys working with the B&A team. She is thankful for all the people she has met at B&A, including the staff, court reporters and clients. MaryAnn has worked and helped in all departments such as scheduling, accounting, production and BIIA.

In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys going on walks, hikes, concerts and traveling. MaryAnn is very big on self-care, so she always makes sure to incorporate that while juggling many things.

MaryAnn is looking forward to graduating with her MSW this summer, embracing new experiences, and learning more. She is excited to create lasting memories and hopes to travel more!
